2/ PREP COOKS - Full and Part time Positions Available - Permanent and Seasonal Positions - must have a minimum of cooking experience in a quality establishment - this is a fast paced production position - solid knife skills are a must - $18-20+

3/Kitchen Helpers/Dishwashers - Full and Part Time Available - Permanent and Seasonal Positions - must have some restaurant experience - dishwashing - basic prep duties and cleaning.  $17-18+ per hour

4/SENIOR SOUS CHEF  - Full Time Permanent Position - managing the production kitchen o banquet event orders - production deadlines - overseeing and training JR members of staff - recipe standardization - overseeing event service - must have 4 years in a similar position in a quality restaurants/hotels $56k+ (depending upon qualifications) per annum + vacation + bonus
